Human Out of the Loop is a series of experimental investigations into tangibility as a response to the
pervasive intrusion of digital technologies. It is a wordplay on 'human-in-the-loop', where humans are
constantly involved in digital systems and decision making processes. Through the iterative design of
physical interfaces, the project reorients interaction from screen-based immediacy toward embodied,
spatial engagement.
It prioritizes presence over constant connectivity, enabling more deliberate and reflective modes of
communication. By integrating tactile input with subtle ambient feedback, the system seeks to reduce
cognitive overload and reframe human-technology relationships through slower, more intentional
interaction.
